Cooking method
We are inspired to cook and proceed:
- peel onions, cut into small cubes;
- peel the garlic, crush the cloves with the handle of a knife;
- fry onion with garlic on a mixture of olive and butter;
- after three minutes, remove the garlic from the pan and pour the pre-washed rice into it;
- fry the rice for about 5-7 minutes, then pour dry wine (wine can be replaced with broth or boiled water);
- pour salt, ground black pepper and saffron, mix and simmer until the rice is ready;
- add the shrimp, cook for another 5 minutes;
- decorate the pilaf with fresh parsley and serve it on the table.
Eat with pleasure!
