Cooking method
Prepare pork for marinating as follows:
- wash, if necessary - cut into pieces, remove hard streaks;
- put the meat in a convenient mixing bowl, add salt, pepper, spices and mix.
Next marinade:
- mix honey, soy sauce, mustard;
- add lemon and orange juice to this mixture, mix.
Pour the marinade to the seasoned meat. All meat must be covered with marinade to the top. Marinate in a cool place for at least two hours, preferably a day.
Put the pickled meat on an oiled baking sheet. Bake until cooked at 180-200 degrees for 60 minutes.
