Peel the pear, cut out the core, cut into cubes. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon. Pour one or two tablespoons of lemon juice on the pears and mix. Add the cheese with mold, broken into small pieces and arugula leaves. Mix everything together. You can use cheese like Bulgarian cheese.
