Rolled Cheese and Sausage Omelet

A very tasty, tender, and juicy omelet made with cheese and eggs. It's one of my favorite breakfasts.

  1. Step 1:

    In a bowl, whisk 3 eggs with a fork along with a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons of milk.

    Coarsely grate the cheese and the cooked sausage (or a hot dog).

    Stir the cheese and sausage into the egg mixture.

    Heat a skillet and grease it with a little oil. Pour in three tablespoons of the egg mixture and spread it into a thin layer over the whole pan with a spoon.

    Cook until golden and roll it up. Then pour in another three tablespoons, cook, and roll it up again over the first roll.

    The roll grows with each layer, like a snowball. The omelet is ready. Enjoy!
