Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2:
Wash and dry the chicken fillet. Cut the meat into large chunks.
Step 3:
Chop the almonds.
Step 4:
Peel the onion, cut into rings.
Step 5:
Put the chicken in a dry preheated frying pan and fry, stirring, for 5 minutes. Transfer the meat to a plate.
Step 6:
Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan and fry the onion cut into rings until transparent. About 3-4 minutes.
Step 7:
Pick the grapes from the branch and put them in a frying pan with onions. Fry together for 2 minutes.
Step 8:
Return the chicken fillet to the pan.
Step 9:
Add almonds, thyme sprigs. Pour in the wine. Add salt and pepper. Simmer the chicken under the lid over medium heat for about 30 minutes.
