  • Cut "petals" into the radish with a knife and scoop out the flesh beneath them. Cut a second row of petals the same way, offsetting them in a staggered pattern. Using a melon baller, scoop out the center of the "flowers." This gives you a radish "water lily." Place the cheese in the center of each flower. Set the water lilies on lettuce leaves. Top with red caviar.
