Classic Caprese Salad with Mozzarella, Basil and Tomatoes
A simple, elegant little salad straight from Italy! What interesting little finds I sometimes come across. Some of them I jot down in my "cooking notebook," as I call it. One of those entries describes Caprese salad in just a couple of lines. There's not much to say about the Caprese recipe — just read it and make it; it's not demanding at all.
