Grilled Langoustines

Grilled seafood — it doesn't get any better! Grilled langoustines are served hot and pair beautifully with spicy sauces and a side of rice. If the langoustines are frozen, thaw them first and only then grill.

  • Once the langoustines are thawed, start cooking:
    • peel the ginger and garlic, grate them on a fine grater, and place in a small bowl;
    • add the lemon juice, soy sauce, and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper to taste;
    • coat the langoustines with the marinade and grill for 3 minutes on each side.
  • Serve hot; spicy sauces go wonderfully with this dish.
  • Enjoy!
