Grilled Langoustines
Grilled seafood — it doesn't get any better! Grilled langoustines are served hot and pair beautifully with spicy sauces and a side of rice. If the langoustines are frozen, thaw them first and only then grill.

- Once the langoustines are thawed, start cooking:
- peel the ginger and garlic, grate them on a fine grater, and place in a small bowl;
- add the lemon juice, soy sauce, and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper to taste;
- coat the langoustines with the marinade and grill for 3 minutes on each side.
- Serve hot; spicy sauces go wonderfully with this dish.
- Enjoy!
