Step-by-step cooking
I present to your attention a wonderful culinary recipe that I got on a forum dedicated to everything that is somehow connected with Bulgaria and its traditions.
This appetizer of Bulgarian pepper is called "Boats" in another way. Because it is decorated in the form of multicolored "boats", the role of which is performed here by a multicolored sweet pepper. To do this, you need to take a pepper – red, yellow and green, so that our food turns out to be very picturesque.
I wash the pepper well, cut it into several parts along the entire length, clean it from seeds. These will be the foundations of our "boats". Now three peeled carrots on a fine grater. We do the same with processed cheese. We combine both mixtures and squeeze out the garlic here through the presser. Mix everything well and season with mayonnaise. Add one tablespoon of finely chopped parsley. We put the peppers on a dish and carefully put the cheese filling in each one. A sprig of parsley will symbolize a sail, which will complete the picture.
