Cooking method
- In summer and fall, when there's an abundance of all kinds of berries and fruit, you can really add variety to your diet. There are plenty of recipes that are easy to make yet enrich your food with vitamins and other beneficial nutrients. One such dessert is cranberries with honey. First, rinse the cranberries under running water, then pat them dry with a paper towel. Drizzle the cranberries with honey and toss them. If the honey has thickened, warm it in a water bath until it's liquid. Next, whip the cream with the sugar until thick. Arrange the cranberries on a plate in any shape you like — a star, a flower, a heart. I leave it entirely to your imagination. Then decorate your cranberry figure with the whipped cream; a piping bag helps here. The result is a very wholesome treat — kids eat it happily, even though you can't get them to eat plain berries. Cranberries with honey are ready! Enjoy, and to your health!
