As a result, the emulsion should be homogeneous in its consistency. When the mayonnaise we have obtained acquires the consistency we need and thickens, pour in freshly squeezed lemon juice and whisk the mass. Here is our homemade mayonnaise and ready! We put it in a clean jar and close the lid.
