I drain the oil from the jar into a separate cup. On a small grater, I rub hard sharp cheese. I mix it with pepper and fish and pass it all through a chopper. I press garlic in a garlic press, mix it with canned oil. The result is a sauce for cheese and garlic salad from canned saury. I put the cheese and fish mass in a salad bowl, which I pour with freshly prepared sauce and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley greens. The culinary recipe for this simple and wonderful salad for every taste was recommended to me by a friend for whom cooking is not only a daily burden, but also a favorite hobby. Her bookshelves are simply filled with collections of culinary recipes and, therefore, it is a pleasure for a gourmet to visit her - everything that is served to the table is rarely found anywhere else, and there is not enough space on one table for her festive menu, you have to put an extra one for the second course change. I want to stay for a week or two to try literally everything, so delicious and stunningly beautiful.
