Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

1. Prepare the batter:

- break the egg into a bowl, pour in the milk, add salt, soda and pepper;

- pour the flour in parts, stirring the mass with a whisk each time so that there are no lumps;

The batter should be thick, so if the egg was large, it could turn out to be runny. In this case, more flour should be added.

2. Prepare the filling:

- rub the cheese into a separate container;

- wash the dill and chop it with a knife;

- mix dill and cheese, add mayonnaise;

- peel the garlic and squeeze it through a press, add it to the cheese mixture;

- put salt and pepper, mix everything thoroughly.

3. Crab sticks (they should be chilled, not frozen) unwrap, sprinkle lemon juice on the inner surface, lay out the filling in a thin layer, roll back into a roll. Do this with all the crab sticks, then cut each one across into 2 pieces.

4. Dip each piece into the batter and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden. Then put the finished ones in a dish covered with a paper towel to remove excess fat.

Serve the dish with your favorite sauces.

Help yourself, bon appetit!
