Cooking method
1. Using a blender, beat the eggs with sugar and salt into a strong foam. Pour in the warmed milk and sift the flour together with soda. Mix the ingredients until smooth with a blender. Pour in lemon juice, mix, pour in vegetable oil.
Pour the dough into a hot frying pan, greased with vegetable oil, and distribute it over the surface, tilting the pan to the right and left. Fry on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
2. It's time to prepare the filling:
- pour the raisins with warm boiled water, let them stand for 5-10 minutes;
- we put the cottage cheese in a deep bowl;
- breaking eggs;
- add regular and vanilla sugar, mix (so that the mass is not of a granular structure, it can be whipped with a blender);
- drain the water from the raisins, squeeze out all the liquid thoroughly;
- add raisins to the curd mass, mix again.
Wrap the filling in the cooled pancakes in any convenient way, for example: cut the pancake into 4 parts, put the filling in the middle of each triangle, and roll up a small beautiful leaflet. We leave one whole pancake.
At the bottom of a deep mold, greased with butter, we put a whole pancake, which we also lubricate with oil. We spread the ready-made leaves on top, lubricate each layer with oil and sprinkle with sugar, pour sour cream. Close the mold with a lid and simmer the leaves in sour cream in the oven, preheated to 160 degrees for about 1 hour (sour cream should start to boil). Turn off the heat and leave the mold with the leaves in the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
We serve the leaves in a warm form on the table, watering with sour cream and honey or decorating them differently - to your taste! Eat with pleasure!
