Cooking method
1. Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until transparent and soft.
2. Cut the sausage into pieces, then chop it with a meat grinder.
3. Mix the prepared onion with minced liver, add butter, salt and pepper.
4. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
