Cooking method
First we bake pancakes.
The preparation for each pancake is done separately:
- we drive an egg into a bowl, add one tablespoon of milk, salt and pepper;
- whisk the mixture with a whisk or fork as for an omelet;
- fry the pancake on both sides in a frying pan greased with sunflower oil;
- repeat the same process 6 times to get 6 pancakes.
We spread minced chicken on each pancake, spread it over the entire surface, and thinly lubricate it with mayonnaise. Sprinkle a little pickles on top, pre-cut into thin strips (cucumbers, if desired, can be replaced with champignons or make an assortment - part with mushrooms and part with pickles, and you can also sprinkle with grated cheese if desired).
We twist each pancake into a roll and spread it on a baking dish, pre-greased with vegetable oil. Bake the brizole in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve on the table in a warm form, watering with sour cream.
Bon appetit!
