  • Start the brizol by making the omelet wrappers. In a small deep bowl, crack an egg, add one tablespoon of milk, salt it, and beat with a whisk or fork. Cook the omelet on both sides in a heated skillet greased with sunflower oil. Make three omelets this way. Grind the chicken breast and the peeled onion through a meat grinder, add salt and pepper, and mix. Spread each omelet with the ground chicken and roll it up. Grease a baking dish with sunflower oil, arrange the rolls in it, and bake in an oven preheated to 350°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes. Slice the brizol into pieces and serve hot.
