Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 10 min

Let's start cooking brizoli from baking pancakes. In a small deep bowl, break an egg, pour in one tablespoon of milk, salt and whisk with a whisk or fork. In a preheated frying pan, greased with sunflower oil, fry the pancake on both sides. Thus we prepare three omelets.

Using a meat grinder, twist the fillet and peeled onion, add salt and pepper, mix.

Lubricate each pancake with the resulting minced meat, roll it into a roll. Lubricate the baking dish with sunflower oil, put the pancakes in it and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. The baking time is about 20 minutes.

Cut the brizole into pieces and serve it hot on the table.
