Crêpes with Liverwurst Filling

    1. Sift the flour and add the salt. 2. Beat in the eggs, pour in the milk, and add the sugar. 3. Whisk all the ingredients together (a blender works too). 4. Cook the crêpes in a hot skillet on both sides, brushing it with vegetable oil (use half of it). 5. Turn the liverwurst into a pâté: cut it into pieces and fry it in the remaining oil. 6. Dice the hard-boiled eggs and mix them into the pâté. 7. Spoon the filling onto each crêpe and fold it into an envelope or roll it up — your choice. 8. Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped dill. Enjoy!
