Cooking method
1. Sift the flour, salt.
2. Carefully drive in the eggs, pour in the milk, add sugar.
3. All the ingredients are kneaded with a whisk (you can use a blender).
4. Bake pancakes in a hot pan on both sides, not forgetting to lubricate it with vegetable oil (half).
5. Turn liver sausage into pate. To do this, cut it into pieces and fry it in a frying pan in the remaining vegetable oil.
6. Cut the hard-boiled eggs into small cubes and mix with the resulting pate.
7. We spread the filling on each pancake and wrap it in the form of an envelope or a roll - to your taste.
8. Serve hot on the table, sprinkled with chopped dill.
