Cooking method

Cooking time: 16 h

1. Dissolve the salt in water, put the meat in a saline solution for 3 hours.
2. Time has passed - remove excess moisture with a paper towel.
3. Chop the garlic and combine with spices, oil and vinegar. Mix well.
4. Coat the meat with marinade, wrap in parchment paper, and foil on top.
5. Preheat the oven for 15 minutes at 250 degrees. Cook the meat for 20 minutes and leave it without opening the oven until it cools down completely.
6. Allow the meat to cool completely and put it in the refrigerator without unwinding for 10-12 hours.
