Beef stroganoff with lingonberries

Cooking method
1. Cut the meat into 5 × 1 cm long cubes.
2. In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the beef with salt and pepper until golden brown.
3. Peel the onion and put it together with the bay leaves to the meat.
4. Add vegetable broth and red wine to the meat, simmer over low heat for about 25 minutes.
5. Dilute the flour in a small amount of water and pour it into a frying pan. Mix well. Simmer for about 5 more minutes.
6. Wash the lingonberries, sort and dry. Combine with sugar and beat with a blender until smooth.
7. Add lingonberries to the meat, mix. Simmer for about 20 more minutes. If necessary, add salt and pepper again. Serve better with boiled potatoes.
