Pancakes on dry cream - delicious and tender! Try baking for breakfast! I like to experiment, so I often try new recipes even for familiar dishes. Recently I baked pancakes on dry cream - I liked the result. I share the recipe (suddenly it will be useful to someone).

Cooking method

Cooking time: 40 min

1. In a suitable container, break the eggs, add sugar and salt and whisk.
2. Pour vegetable oil into the mixture, whisk again a little.
3. Dilute the dry cream in warm water, pour in the remaining ingredients, whisk.
4. Mix the sifted flour with baking powder, pour it into a bowl in small portions, stirring.
5. Heat a frying pan, grease it with vegetable oil and bake pancakes on both sides until golden brown. Do not forget to lubricate the frying pan with oil again before each pancake.
