Pancakes made with powdered cream — delicious and tender! Give them a try for breakfast! I love to experiment, so I often try new recipes even for familiar dishes. I recently made pancakes with powdered cream and loved the result. I'm sharing the recipe in case it comes in handy for someone.

    1. Crack the eggs into a suitable bowl, add the sugar and salt, and whisk. 2. Pour in the vegetable oil and whisk again briefly. 3. Dissolve the powdered cream in the warm water, pour it in with the rest of the ingredients, and whisk. 4. Mix the sifted flour with the baking powder and add it to the bowl in small batches, stirring as you go. 5. Heat a skillet, grease it with vegetable oil, and fry the pancakes on both sides until golden. Remember to re-grease the pan with oil before each pancake. Enjoy!
