Italian vegetable medley in lavash

A great option for a healthy, tasty snack at home or at work! Lavash wraps of all kinds are incredibly popular. They're quick and easy to make and suit just about everyone, since the filling can be anything — meat, fish, vegetables, or seafood. Today I suggest making a vegetarian version filled with an Italian vegetable medley. I love this dish for its wonderful flavor!

  • Rinse the Italian vegetable blend well (without thawing it), pat it dry on a paper towel, and add it to a skillet with hot vegetable oil. Sauté the vegetables for 5–7 minutes, stirring now and then. Then season with salt and pepper. If you like, you can also add chopped herbs, garlic, or your favorite aromatic herbs while cooking. Take the vegetables off the heat and let them cool. Meanwhile, cut the lavash into neat, equal pieces. Put a little filling in the center of each piece and roll the lavash into a small bundle, leaving the top open. You can fry these bundles briefly to give them a golden, crisp crust. Then tie each little parcel with a strand of green onion. Your fragrant, satisfying lavash wraps are ready! Enjoy!
