Step 1:
Take the cottage cheese and grind it well with a blender or by hand, rubbing it through a sieve.

Then add 2 eggs and salt, mix well.

Next, add finely grated garlic and red hot pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 4:
After, add the greens, mix everything very well again.
Step 5:
Then, add flour in small portions and mix everything thoroughly again.
Step 6:
Next, form small balls from the resulting mixture (do it better with wet hands) and form pancakes. Fry in vegetable oil until tender.
You can experiment with flour, if you add more flour + soda with vinegar (or baking powder), then you get fluffy pancakes, if less, then you get something similar to fried cheese, the more flour is added, the less vegetable oil is needed for frying.
