I generally prefer to eat and cook vegetable salads, as they are healthy and delicious. I know a lot of recipes for this food. I have a special love for various root crops. Now I would like to share a recipe for a salad of fresh carrots and beets. To begin with, we wash carrots and beets under running water, peel them. Now, using a food processor or a large grater, we rub the vegetables. Then we shift the prepared root vegetables into a salad bowl, add chopped green onions and ground nuts to them. Now mix honey, yogurt, ginger and chili. We mix everything. Now we take the molds without a bottom, put them on serving plates, fill them with salad and remove the mold. The result is a salad formed into a circle, triangle or any other shape that you have at hand. Now decorate the salad with a sprig of greens - parsley or dill.
