Cooking method
- To start, mash the avocado with a fork (or just chop it finely), put it on a plate and drizzle it with the juice of half a lemon. Leave it for about ten minutes. Now finely chop the celery and crab sticks, add them to the avocado, and mix. Season with pepper and mayonnaise. Then chill it in the fridge for about thirty minutes. This salad is best made just before lunch or dinner begins. You can also blitz all the ingredients in a food processor into a smooth purée — then you can use it to fill tartlets or tomatoes.
