Cooking method

Step 1:
Cut the pork into slices about 1/2 inch (1 cm) thick and pound them thin under plastic wrap.

Coat each piece with mustard and let it marinate for 2 hours.

Fry the meat in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown, then remove it from the pan.

Core the apples and cut them into rounds about 1/4 inch (0.5 cm) thick. Fry the rings on both sides in the same oil the meat cooked in, then remove them.

Season the meat with salt, pepper, and marjoram, then return it to the pan.

Step 6:
Set an apple ring on each piece of meat and drizzle a teaspoon of honey over each.

Step 7:
Pour in a cup of boiling water and simmer for 15 minutes. The dish is ready.
