Pork Chops with Apples and Honey

Tasty and simple. The chops come out very tender and juicy, with an apple-and-honey aroma and a zippy mustard note.

Cooking method

    Cut the pork into slices about 1/2 inch (1 cm) thick and pound them thin under plastic wrap.

    Set an apple ring on each piece of meat and drizzle a teaspoon of honey over each.
