Chops with apples under honey

Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Cut the meat into slices 1 cm thick and chop it off, covering with cling film.
Step 2:
Grease each piece with mustard and leave to marinate for 2 hours.
Step 3:
Fry the meat in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown. Put the meat out of the pan.
Step 4:
Remove the core from the apples and cut into 0.5 cm thick circles . Fry the rings on both sides in the same oil where the meat was fried. Remove the apples.
Step 5:
Season the meat with salt, pepper and sprinkle with marjoram. Put it in a frying pan.
Step 6:
Put an apple ring on each piece of meat. Pour one teaspoon of honey on top.
Step 7:
Pour a glass of boiling water and simmer for 15 minutes. The dish is ready.
