Cooking method
1. Put the pan to warm on a slow fire.
2. In a bowl, mix the chopped sprouted oats, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla sugar, salt and nutmeg.
3. In a separate container, mash bananas with a fork, add coconut oil and egg, mix.
4. Pour the milk into the dry mixture, mix well and pour into the banana mass, stirring again.
5. Pour the oil into the pan, wait a couple of minutes for it to heat up.
6. Using a spoon, put the future pancakes in a frying pan, fry for 2-3 minutes on one side, then 1-1.5 minutes on the other.
7. Serve ready-made pancakes with maple syrup and pomegranate seeds.
