    1. Set a skillet over low heat to warm up. 2. In a bowl, mix the ground sprouted oats, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla sugar, salt, and nutmeg. 3. In a separate bowl, mash the banana with a fork, add the coconut oil and egg, and mix. 4. Pour the milk into the dry mixture, stir well, then pour it into the banana mixture and stir again. 5. Add the oil to the skillet and give it a couple of minutes to heat up. 6. Spoon the batter into the skillet and cook the pancakes for 2–3 minutes on the first side, then 1–1.5 minutes on the other. 7. Serve the pancakes with maple syrup and pomegranate seeds.
