The perfect recipe for cooking lamb in nature! Very tasty! In our family, this delicious little sea fish like to cook just like that. It turns out very, very tasty - tender and juicy fish inside, and a delicious crust on top. I recommend definitely trying to cook the lamb on the grill!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 4 h 45 min

1. Clean the fish from the scales, remove the insides, gills. Rinse well, after which the fish should be dried with paper towels.
2. Coarsely chop the parsley (leave a little for serving), put it in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper, put the fish on top and also add salt and pepper. Rub the seasonings into the fish well with your hands from all sides - both outside and inside.
3. Pour olive oil over everything and mix the fish and parsley well.
4. Leave the fish to marinate (at least 30 minutes, maximum - 4 hours).
5. Grease the grill grate with vegetable oil, put the fish on it. The coals should not be too hot.
6. Fry the fish on both sides until cooked.
7. Serve the finished fish hot with herbs and vegetables.
