Spread the foil on the work surface, lubricate it with oil, also lubricate the rolling pin with oil.<br> 9. Roll out each ball on foil into a flat cake.<br> 10. Fry the tortillas in a well-heated dry frying pan for 2-3 minutes, then brush with ghee oil.<br> 11. Turn over to the other side and fry for the same amount of time, brush the tortilla with oil.<br><br> Serve hot! Enjoy your meal!</p>
