Amaranth Flour Flatbreads

Low-calorie, vitamin-rich flatbreads for breakfast or dinner! A wonderful recipe for really tasty flatbreads made from amaranth flour and potato. Chili adds a little kick, while the amaranth and ghee make the dish good for you. I make these for breakfast or dinner—hearty and mouthwatering!

    1. Put the amaranth flour into a bowl. 2. Add the mashed potato to the flour. 3. Stir in the chopped chili. 4. Add the cumin, chopped cilantro leaves, and salt. 5. Mix everything well and, adding a little water, knead a smooth, elastic dough. 6. Rub the dough with a little oil, set it in the bottom of the bowl, cover, and let it rest 10 minutes. 7. Form the dough into small balls (about 3). 8. Spread foil on your work surface and brush it with oil; oil the rolling pin too. 9. Roll each ball out on the foil into a flatbread. 10. Cook the flatbreads on a well-heated dry skillet for 2–3 minutes, then brush with ghee. 11. Flip and cook the same amount of time on the other side, brushing with ghee. Serve hot—enjoy!
