Cooking method
1. Pour the dried onion into a bowl.
2. Pour oil and lemon juice, stir, let it stand for 30 minutes.
3. Fry in a preheated frying pan until browned, you do not need to lubricate it with oil additionally.
4. Put the fried onion on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
5. Dry the onion again in the dryer, at a minimum temperature I dry it for 2-3 hours.
Now the onion is ready for storage. When you add it during cooking, you need it to cook (stew) for 15 minutes.
