Cooking method
1. Bake the sprats in the grill for 5-10 minutes. You can do without this step, but this way, for my taste, sprats on such sandwiches will be even tastier.
2. Peel the avocado, remove the stone and cut into 16 slices.
3. Remove the core from the green apple, cut it in half, and then each half into 8 slices.
4. Lightly toast the bread in a toaster (or in a frying pan, in the oven).
5. Place the prepared pieces of bread on a wide dish.
6. Brush the bread with olive oil to moisten it slightly.
7. Put four slices of avocado and 4 slices of apple on each slice of bread.
8. Sprinkle salt and ground black pepper on top.
9. Lay out the sprats, pour balsamic vinegar on top.
10. Garnish with finely chopped green onions.
