Cut the fresh meat of a young animal into small portions. Cut the onion into cubes or half rings, whoever wants. Finely chop the vegetables. We only need celery stalks.
Fry in highly heated vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes, turn down the heat and pour in hot water. Simmer for a quarter of an hour. We drain the liquid into a separate bowl, it will come in handy later, and continue to fry the meat for 2 minutes. We introduce the onion mass. Fry until the onion becomes transparent. Now we will add the vegetables in turn, stirring each time. First sweet pepper, then celery. Add the tomato and mix.
In the left broth we introduce red pepper, cumin, anise, dried tomatoes. Stir and pour into the meat. Cover the pan and simmer until fully cooked.
Lay salad leaves on a platter, place fragrant goat meat from a frying pan on them, pouring juice from cooking. The treat is ready, you can surprise your eaters. Enjoy your meal.
