Pancakes made of pea flour without eggs on water

Cooking method
Mix both types of flour in a bowl, pour in the remaining loose ingredients. While stirring, slowly introduce water and knead the dough into pancakes. Add slices of tomatoes, sweet peppers and finely chopped greens to the dough. Set aside to infuse a little. Pour a little olive oil into a frying pan and fry pancakes measuring 7-10 cm in diameter. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Pancakes turn out crispy.
