Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Finely chop the garlic. Red onion cut into strips.
Step 2:
Sweet peppers cut into cubes.
Step 3:
Cut brisket, ham or bacon into cubes. (I had a baked brisket of my own cooking).
Step 4:
Cut the tomato into slices.
Step 5:
Chop the green onion feathers finely.
Step 6:
Cut the potatoes into thin slices and fry in olive oil for 5 minutes.
Step 7:
Add the remaining ingredients to the potatoes.
Step 8:
Continue frying for 5-7 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a baking dish greased with olive oil.
Step 9:
Beat eggs with cream, salt, pepper, mix with chopped green onions.
Step 10:
Pour this mixture over vegetables with brisket.
Step 11:
Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Step 12:
