Step 1:
Defrost the shrimp and proceed to cleaning. The first method is using scissors. We go deeper into the shrimp with scissors and cut the shell. Clean and remove the esophagus. The second method is using a sharp knife. We cut the shrimp lengthwise, but not to the end, leaving the tail, also remove the esophagus.
Step 2:
Then cut the remaining shrimp, leaving the tails and rinse under cold water.
Step 3:
Heat the pan and pour vegetable oil. We spread out our shrimps and fry them. Add the butter. Salt, pepper.
Step 4:
Pour the beer and evaporate. Pour the cream, mix. Add the herbs with crushed garlic and continue cooking for another 2 minutes.
