Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Boil cabbage leaves until soft in salted water. From flour, eggs, salt, pepper and water we make a batter, it should be thick.
Step 2:
Cut the sausage not to the end (with a book), stuff it with chopped greens and wrap it in a sliced cabbage strip.
Step 3:
We lower the sausage into the batter so that all sides are taken. The batter can be made to your taste.
Step 4:
Fry on all sides in a frying pan heated with oil. Bon appetit!!!
