Cut the chicken fillet into a small cube.

Finely chop the onion.

In a bowl, mix chicken fillet, onion, chopped basil, egg and corn.

Add sour cream, salt and pepper.

Add flour and mix.
Step 7:
Can be fried. Heat up the vegetable oil, spread our pancakes with a tablespoon and fry on both sides until ready.

Serve with sour cream along with salad or mashed potatoes.
