Hearty 10-Minute Breakfast

An amazingly tasty, filling breakfast for the whole family. If you didn't know these little rolls were made with lavash, you'd swear they were cheese hand pies.

  1. Step 1:

    Unfold the lavash and cut it into strips about 2–3 inches (5–7 cm) wide. Slice the cheese into thin sticks the same width as the strips, and long enough that you can wrap each one twice. Beat the egg in a shallow dish. Roll a cheese stick up in each strip of lavash.

    Dip each lavash-and-cheese roll in the beaten egg and set it in a skillet with hot oil.

    Fry for about 3 minutes per side.
