Pumpkin Cream-Purée Dessert with Fruit

A bright, delicious dessert that fills your home with the aroma of pumpkin! Everyone probably remembers their mom's pumpkin porridge or soup, but I really loved something halfway between the two — this light pumpkin cream-purée dessert with fruit, which came to us from American cuisine. It's an easy recipe for a delicious dessert that's completely waistline-friendly.

  • Dear home cooks, the method is very simple — no need to puzzle for long over where, what and how to cook, or how to impress.
  • Take a plain pumpkin, wash it first, then clean out the flesh and seeds. Cut off 150–200 grams and put the rest in a dark place (the pumpkin will keep there for quite a while). The pear and peach should be medium-sized — the main thing is that they're ripe and sweet. Wash the fruit thoroughly and remove the skin and seeds. Cut the prepared fruit into small pieces and run it through a food processor to get a slightly chunky purée. After 3–5 minutes, add all the other ingredients, which give it an unforgettable taste. Add the ice cream and honey to taste. You can stir finely chopped fruit into the purée — it comes out very tasty. Once it's plated, everything will look very appetizing. And remember: only a dessert made with love is a truly sweet dessert. Enjoy.
