Step-by-step cooking
The recipe is very short, simple and low-calorie. All cooking comes down to some actions. We go in order: Mix the mineral water with salt, sugar and vegetable oil. Stir with a spoon, slowly adding flour.
Our dough needs to be made thick, about like sour cream with 10 percent fat content. Then everything is quite easy if you have cooked pancakes before. Pour the mass into the pan, fry the pancake by turning it over, pour it again, and so on until the whole prepared mixture leaves. If you cook on a Teflon frying pan, you will save your efforts significantly. Have a good cooking!
