Take up the marinade. Peel and crush the garlic. We take a clean lemon in order to cut it and squeeze out all the juice.Pour mustard, olive oil, salt into the juice, stir with a spoon.We mix all our honey and mix it again. Here it is, our wonderful honey marinade.
Cut the chicken fillet into separate pieces. We put the pieces in the marinade for the next couple of hours. As marinated, we put the still raw chicken on a skewer, or on a metal grill. We hold it over hot coals, turning it over from time to time. Until the kebab with honey is cooked, it remains to be vigilant and enjoy the aroma emanating from the pickled meat.
