Step-by-step cooking
Beat eggs.
Add soda to kefir, part of warm milk, mix everything.
Combine kefir with sugar, eggs, salt. Whisk everything.
Add flour and mix. Pour in the milk slowly, stirring.
Pour in vegetable oil, mix.
Bake pancakes in a frying pan, preheated and greased with vegetable oil.
Fry on both sides.
We clean the kiwi, grind part of it almost into puree.
Sugar with vanilla sugar mixed with cottage cheese. Lubricate the pancakes with a mass. Sprinkle the top with chopped nuts.
Put the chopped kiwis in the sour cream, mix everything and spread it on top of the nuts.
We put the kiwi halves on the edge of the pancake and roll the pancake into a roll.
We put the rolls in the refrigerator for an hour.
