Peanut Granola Bites

A nourishing, wholesome treat for special occasions! Delicious and good for you. These peanut granola bites are a healthy sweet (if a calorie-dense one).

Cooking method

    Pour the oats into a skillet and toast them lightly. Let them cool.

    Combine them with the chopped peanuts (you can crush the nuts with a masher so the pieces are medium-sized).

    Rinse the raisins with boiling water and pat them dry. Add them to the peanut-oat mixture.

    Now add the honey, using enough that it binds all the ingredients into a mixture you can shape by hand.

    Leave the mixture uncovered overnight so it soaks up the honey and firms up. Shape it into balls and roll them in the shredded coconut.
