Cooking method

Step 1:
Pour the oats into a skillet and toast them lightly. Let them cool.

Step 2:
Combine them with the chopped peanuts (you can crush the nuts with a masher so the pieces are medium-sized).

Step 3:
Rinse the raisins with boiling water and pat them dry. Add them to the peanut-oat mixture.

Step 4:
Now add the honey, using enough that it binds all the ingredients into a mixture you can shape by hand.

Step 5:
Leave the mixture uncovered overnight so it soaks up the honey and firms up. Shape it into balls and roll them in the shredded coconut.
