Wash and dry the chicken breasts.
We cut them lengthwise and unfold them. From the inside we salt and pepper. As a filling, we spread tomatoes and basil cut into mugs.
Close the breasts, chop the edges with a toothpick.
Fry for five minutes on each side in vegetable oil.
