Step-by-step cooking
Pancake Recipe with bananas was discovered by me in a culinary magazine in a special section with pancakes. After reading it, I wanted to try it out to my taste. As a result, pancakes with a new unusual taste were obtained. In this article we will analyze in detail the process of cooking this food.
Separate the whites from the yolks and beat them. Mix the egg yolks, flour, salt, milk, and add coconut flakes with whipped whites to them, then leave the dough to come up for about 15 minutes. Next, dissolve the butter in a frying pan and bake 4 medium-sized pancakes from the dough obtained earlier. Next, peel the bananas by cutting them in half lengthwise. Fry them quickly with coconut flakes in butter (the remaining oil). Put half a banana and a little peanuts on each pancake. Roll up and fix them with a toothpick. The food is ready!
Pancakes with bananas can be served both cold and warm. You can use various sweet sauces and jams. We wish you a pleasant appetite!
