The culinary recipe of these pancakes is very simple to perform. In Russia, such pancakes were kneaded on yogurt. Pancakes on kefir are thin and delicate. Mix kefir at room temperature with granulated sugar, chicken eggs and salt. Separately, we sow flour mixed with starch. Then add the flour in portions to the milk mixture and knead to get a homogeneous dough without lumps. At the end, add soda, quenched with boiling water. And in conclusion, we pour a little vegetable oil into the pancake batter, which will help the pancakes to be easily removed from the pan when frying, and also do without additional greasing of the pan. The dough should be liquid enough to make the pancakes thin. If the dough is too thick, then we dilute it with kefir to the desired consistency. Fry the pancakes in a hot frying pan on both sides until golden brown. We serve it on the table, folded in four or rolled up into a tube. Pancakes on kefir are my children's favorite dessert food!
