Step-by-step cooking
First, rinse the seaweed with running water, put it in a pot of boiling water and cook for 7-10 minutes.
Next, fry the salted lettuce leaves in vegetable oil, then pour a small amount of chicken broth into them and simmer for a few minutes. After that, we put all the contents of the pan on a plate. In the same pan, fry the seaweed for 2-3 minutes, then gradually pour in the wine, the remaining chicken broth, add starch and stevia to taste. Mix the whole mass and bring it to a boil, then turn off the fire. When the salad has cooled down a little, we put it in a salad bowl and serve it to the table.
