Step-by-step cooking
Rinse and dry chicken livers, remove excess films if necessary. Cut into large pieces. Fry in a hot frying pan in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add the pumpkin, cut into pieces.
Add salt, pepper and simmer under the lid for 20 minutes under the lid.
Rinse the grapes, cut in half, remove the seeds (if any).
Line the dish with lettuce leaves. Put the warm liver with pumpkin. Add the halves of grapes, sprinkle with vinegar, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve chicken liver salad in portions, warm.
