Cooking method
To be honest, I do not know if trout are found in Lake Issyk-Kul, but this fish is cooked in Kyrgyzstan in its own way. I present a culinary recipe with which you can cook this food purely in Kyrgyz. I recommend it to everyone, this is really a very tasty dish.
First we will wash and clean the trout. Rub the fish with salt and pepper. Roll the fish in a small amount of flour and put it in a frying pan with heated oil. Fry the fish on both sides until it is covered with a golden crust. Now the trout needs to be sent to the oven so that it reaches the final readiness
Meanwhile, chop the onion, radish and sweet pepper.
In a separate frying pan, heat the oil and fry a little onion, add radish to it and stir for 5 minutes, then add pepper and tomato paste, and after another 7 to 10 minutes pour the broth. Now let's cook this sauce for another 5-7 minutes and remove from the heat.
Put the fish on a serving dish or plate, pour the sauce on top and cover it with green peas, chopped tomatoes and chopped herbs. Trout in Issyk-Kul is ready, bon appetit.
