Step-by-step cooking
I was once treated to these apples and I remember writing down a recipe on some piece of paper, since it was simple, and the apples are unusually delicious. And recently I found and decided to treat myself to such food. In this recipe, the main thing is that the apples are soft, I mean not tannic (usually these are late sour or sweet-sour apples), you need to use apples that soften quickly during heat treatment.
Peel apples, cut into rings, remove the core
We prepare the dough, it should turn out like pancakes.
Separating the whites from the yolks. Rub the yolks with sugar. Add sour cream, mix everything thoroughly, add milk, mix again, add flour, mix so that there are no lumps. Separately, whisk the proteins into a foam and add to the dough.
Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan (more). We dip the apple circles into the dough with our hands and lower the apples into the heated oil. fry on both sides like pancakes.
Served with sour cream, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Bon appetit!!
